Convenient location, free parking, and comfortable room. We had a little trouble finding our way to the room, but once we got there, everything was fine. The breakfast was good enough to start our day. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Conveniently situated for Penn Station train, Starbucks opposite. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of food options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, including a welcoming cleaning lady with a smile. Reasonable price for city location. Continental breakfast had enough options to start the day.

The hotel offered excellent price deals which were perfect for my Christmas budget. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for my holiday. the location was key, as it was close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. the hotel had good amenities that added to the overall experience.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the lack of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, especially during the holiday season when I wanted to heat up leftovers.

Everything was good and clean, I loved staff and rooms. The room was huge with a cot bed, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The whole place was clean, I liked it, and had nice rooms and people. Lots of food for breakfast including fruit, cereals, muffins, yogurt and breads.

The hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by stores and restaurants in a safe and quiet area. We felt secure and at ease during our stay. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided great service, making us feel welcome and valued guests. The room itself was well-equipped with basic amenities, including a comfortable cot bed and even a jacuzzi, which was a fantastic surprise. We also appreciated the value for money, with affordable prices and breakfast included in our rate for a convenient bite to eat.

One small improvement could be made in terms of the cleaning crew, as they seemed a bit sporadic and could benefit from implementing some checklists to ensure all aspects are covered.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a safe and quiet area, conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, making sure all our needs were met. The basic amenities were all there, including cozy rooms with comfortable king-size beds. Additionally, breakfast was included in our rate, which was a nice bonus for a bite to eat in the morning.

The room was spacious with a convenient small kitchen and living room area. Loved having smoking rooms available. Great location within walking distance to everything needed. Starbucks across the street and free parking spot. Private entrance from car to room.

There were several negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. the room cleanliness was subpar, with filthy curtains and dusty surfaces throughout.

The bed was comfortable and the lobby was nice. Easy parking and check-in. Breakfast was average with coffee and a muffin. Coffee pot and packets provided in the room.

The location was great in where the safe areas were, and very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. The hotel provided onsite parking, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, diners, and bars. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, and various breads.

Consistently courteous staff, functional and non-smoking rooms. All in all it's clean place, they have big beds.

I find the hotel budget, clean and the staff is courteous. Rooms with coffee, 2 double beds and the bathrooms. You can have cereal, yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.
